At Blended Scoops, we take immense pride in the meticulous curation and hand-assembly of every mystery journaling bookish bundle and stationery item. Due to the highly mystery-driven nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Why We Maintain a Strict Policy

Because our mystery bundles are designed as unique, curated experiences, their value is inherently linked to the element of surprise and the specific collection of stationery items contained within. Once a package leaves our facility and is opened for the recipient's unboxing experience the mystery is revealed. Consequently, all sales are final, and we are unable to process requests for returns, cancellations, or financial reimbursement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection in every shipment. In the highly unlikely event that your order arrives significantly damaged or contains incorrect items due to a logistical error on our part, please contact blendedscoops@gmail.com within 48 hours of your delivery confirmation. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to resolving legitimate fulfillment errors through individual assessment. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy to assist our review.
